Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years or older. Employees of Sulus.ai and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry Period

December 10, 2025, from 10:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST.

How to Enter

Visit lp.sulus.ai/sbe-atlanta-2025 or scan the QR code at Booth 544. Listen to both audio recordings, complete the entry form with your name, email, phone number, and submit.

Limit: One (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Entries with false or incomplete information will be disqualified.

Prizes

Prize Winners Approximate Value
Grand Prize: One (1) year of Sulus.ai service free, plan of winner's choice 1 $468 - $4,200
Secondary Prize: Three (3) months free when signing up for any annual Sulus.ai plan 3 $117 - $1,050 each

Grand Prize: Winner may select any Sulus.ai plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro). Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Secondary Prizes: Winners will receive a single-use coupon code for three (3) months free when subscribing to any annual Sulus.ai plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro). Coupon code must be redeemed within thirty (30) days of winner notification. Cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. If not redeemed within 30 days, prize is forfeited.

Winner Selection

Four (4) winners total will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about December 15, 2025: one (1) Grand Prize winner and three (3) Secondary Prize winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Note: This is a random drawing. Correctly guessing which recording is AI or human does NOT affect your odds of winning.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email. The Grand Prize winner must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize. Secondary Prize winners must redeem their coupon code within thirty (30) days of notification. If a winner does not respond or redeem within the specified period, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Communications Consent

By entering, you consent to receive:

  • Emails regarding the contest and Sulus.ai products/services
  • SMS/text messages at the phone number provided
  • Phone calls, including those using AI or automated technology

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. This consent applies even if your number is on a Do Not Call list.

General Conditions

Sulus.ai reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond our control impairs the integrity of the contest. By entering, you agree to release Sulus.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance/use of any prize.
